Fraudulent special votes

Description

I had the following email conversation with someone who was assisting with the voting:

Source: Tue 7/30/2013 4:26 PM : Tomoro after vote we are going to be given special vote papers and we have assigned not to open them but cast them zanu.P.F thousands of them

On Friday evening (2 Aug) I then asked the source about what had transpired. I was told the Presiding Officer was like a Drill
sergeant ordering everyone about. After the voting, the ballots from the voting at the polling station were combined with
the special votes (which were more than what had been cast at the polling station) before counting them together.
